A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) will be provided to begin the process of repair, replace or refund of the defective equipment in question. Schafer Enterprises will do its best to facilitate item(s) repair when and if covered by our warranty and will replace or refund the item's cost based on the cost paid at the time of sale. Replace/Repair/Refund is at Schafer Enterprises sole discretion.
RMA's will not be issued for items that have been improperly installed, abused, or mishandled. Authorized returns for refund or credit for non-defective items are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, again at Schafer Enterprises sole discretion.
To apply for a return authorization number, please Email Schafer Enterprise @ Returns@Highlowcable.com. (RMA numbers are valid for 7 days after issuance). Items not received by Schafer Enterprise within the 7 day RMA window may be denied a refund or credit. Replacements are shipped promptly UPS Ground Standard Service back to the Customer upon receipt and testing of defective merchandise.
