Shipping Policy

High Low Cable offers same day shipping on most online orders placed by 12:00pm Pacific Time meaning that your order will ship within a 24-hour period from the time it was received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please call for availability before placing your order. Shipping charges may apply to items not stocked in our Southern California warehouse. Schafer Enterprises does not guarantee delivery time.

USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail do not provide detailed tracking or delivery time guaranty. Under certain circumstances, Schafer Enterprises may at no extra charge upgrade order from Priority Mail to UPS Ground shipping to enable live tracking and insures the package in the event of loss or damage.

Orders cannot be changed after 15 minutes.

Orders placed before 12PM Pacific Time ship same day (within 24 hours). Some items do not ship from our Southern California warehouse, so please consider this when estimating shipping times. These products are not covered under our Same Day 

Shipping Guarantee.

Applies to the lower 48 US States only. International orders and shipments to AK, HI and PR will incur shipping charges.
